(More customer reviews)I ordered this game through Amazon on my brand new Asus Gaming Computer. I am not computer ignorant. I downloaded this program twice in an attempt to operate it. I was given the unlock code but when trying to run the game, I was asked to confirm my purchase with a serial number. Neither Amazon nor the software company got back to me about the issue of not having a serial number. Booo Amazon, I want a refund since I can't even play the game I purchased.
