Even for those who aren't big, the stand alone is worth the buy. There's nothing like it anywhere else!It gives lift to make the basics workouts more challenging, and because of it's height I don't have sensor issues with the wii board on my carpet. Because of it's structure it's easy to use, extremely sturdy and lightweight. It can hold 2 peolple easy. I definitely think this kit is worth the buy.
