(More customer reviews)It has been awhile since I have reviewed a Sega Genesis game or any game for that matter. I origionally came on here to do gameing reviews & I have got caught up in movie reviews. So anyway this is a port of a 1993 arcade game The Punisher it got ported to The Sega Genesis in 1994 of course the home to the beat em up genre. This game is so f*****g hard & if you think why play it cause it's just so addictive you can play as Frank Castle The Punisher or Nick Fury your objective is to go after The Kingpin Wilson Fisk you'll need a lot of patience to get all the way to the Kingpin cause if you play it on Easy you don't even get to fight the Kingpin & if you play it on normal or hard you'll figh the Kingpin but you're told f**k you play the expert mode & your going to cuss like your in Rob Zombies Halloween cause you're going to have to fight The T 800's g*y brother & these guys with flamethrowers there are cool part's were you get to use a gun & that was cool for the time. The 6th level is where Capcom says ok the player dies here. The Bosses in some levels can be a pain in the a** espically The Kingpin. I do feel that some sections take longer than a beat em up should. I did try with a Game Genie & I got a red screen so I used a trick turning it on & off when I was about to die. For some reason this game & the Norht American version of Streets Of Rage 3 won't work with my Game Genie. I do feel that beating it on expert mode is worth it but you only get 3 lives & only 2 continues & you're against the clock which sucks cause when the timer runs out you lose a life & you can only get 1ups in bonus stages there are no 1ups through out the game. I do reccomend the game cause it is actually a lot of fun to play but don't expect to find 1 with a case cause I couldn't find 1 that came with a case for a decent price. I haven't ever played the arcade version but I have seen it on youtube & it looks better so I'll try & get find it.
