The welds on the handle bar supports failed soon after purchase because of design and materials issues (tubing used for supports is too thin-walled for this application; weld quality is poor).Within 6 weeks of purchase (but after the seller's return period had ended), the left, right and down arrow lights failed.Most recently, within 90 days of purchase, the left arrow failed - rendering the pad useless.I tried to contact the manufacturer via email 3 business days ago to remedy this situation; however, I have not received a response.I do not recommend this product.
