The company that produces them is located right in Utah and shipped it quickly via UPS. The setup was easy and it worked with my PS3 (running a PS2 DDR game) and with StepMania on my Mac (joystick emulation under OS X, which was automatic in SM) as well as StepMania on Windows with the Cobalt USB driver.
This includes dongles for the PS2, USB, and I think one that's for the GameCube. I only tested it via USB for my PS3 and computers.
