I have recently purchased this item back in October 2009. When connecting everthing up correctly the hawking homeremote pro router was not detecting an internet signal from my router. But I have a computer getting the internet through the same router with the ethernet cord. So that's strike ONE.
I connected the RMA deapart to have the items returned, which is was. Howevre they state that if everything is not in the box your RMA will not get approved. So i send back the Router, power cord, ethernet cord, door sensor, batteries, wall plug, documentation.
Why when I get the new item back I am missing pieces that should be in the box. ALl I get back in the new box is router, Power cord, ethernet cord, documentation.
By this time I am pissed at the hawkin router and service from this company. I wont but if I was you..
