(More customer reviews)It worked for most of the first floor of my apartment/condo building.But, it did not work at all for the second, third, or forth floor.I think it can be used for a small coffee shop or restaurant.The built in billing loaded automatically and tested well.
I don't like the return policies of 4ipnet, after asking multiple times for a refund number I received this response:
Usually we only accept most new and unopened product within 15 days from the invoice date of purchase from 4IPNET. We can make exception for you because it is our ultimate goal to provide you with our best service. However, following return policy needs your agreement to proceed: 1. We charge a 20% restocking fee for any product returned for covering our shipping cost. The remainder will be refunded to you within 5 business days of receipt after we inspect the product is in new condition without any defects. 2. You need to ship the product back to us registered with freight prepaid using courier with tracking facility. 4IPNET is not responsible for any item that does not arrive to our hands. The shipping cost is probably going to be over USD 75 or even more; please check USPS for possible cheaper fares. 3. Products being returned must be complete and in the original 4IPNET's box and packaging, with all peripherals and accessories intact, enclosing the original invoice from 4IPNET. If you agree with all conditions stated above, please keep us informed and we will ask our support team to issue RMA number and the shipping address to you.
