(More customer reviews)We purchased this product as we live in an area where wireless is just not an option.First of all it came with no start-up disk and no paperwork whatsoever other than a slip that said download from site.Four hours later we are still struggling to set this up.When I called the site, no one could speak English. Avoid this at all cost.
