The problem is NOT with the device, but with Verizon.Their speeds are laughable.The cost is a joke...on you...the user...and their SERVICE is as poor as any I've ever seen in this country.
If you MUST have a back up...pre paid...shop around.Buy this device and service ONLY as a last resort.
