(More customer reviews)Worms Armageddon for the PC is probably my favorite game of all time.I was quickly drawn towards it due to how funny it was, the high importanceof strategy, and the range of options and statistics. While Worms for N64still maintains the humor and strategy, it is lacking in too many areas tobe worth buying. The very first thing that I came to dislike after buyingthe game was the bad resolution. On the PC version the res. can be changedto the point where you can see about a quarter of the total landscape.InWorms 64 this is much, much less.Shooting a shotgun, for example, acrosssome water used to be an easy task. Now it's close to impossible due tothe fact that you have to scroll so much that your worm is off the screen. I'm not talking about really hard shots either. The next thing I noticedwas the complete lack of statistics.Sure, you can create your own team, but that screen where you can see total worms killed, lost, overall %ranking, levels completed (and with what type of medal recieved) is gone. This makes having your own team much less exciting. Also, the amount ofoptions has been but close to nil.Whereas the PC version had over 30sounds schemes, tombstone choices, victory music, etc., this version hasabout 6 of each.I know that having the whole range of sounds wouldprobably be impossible on an N64 game but I still expected better.Withall this said, I'm still going to give this game 3 stars because the PCversion is practically a work of art, and someone who hasn't played thatversion will probably hold this version of the game in much higher regardthan I have.Rent it for a good party game, but if you really like it butit for PC.The requirements are fairly easy to meet (P133).
